Advanced Industry Training (AIT) is a nationally recognised Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that provides quality training and assessment services to meet the needs of construction, building, logistics, transport, agricultural and mining industries.
AIT is a VET Approved Training Organisation and complies with the regulatory standards and legislation administered by ASQA and State Regulatory bodies.
Although our Head Office is in Townsville, we have fully qualified trainers all over Queensland and the Northern Territory.
We have been proud to deliver training and assessment services throughout Queensland and the Northern Territory for over 25 years.
We provide quality training and assessment services to individuals, large and small businesses, state, local and federal government departments primarily throughout Queensland and the Northern Territory.
We understand that getting to training during working hours can be difficult. Trainers are available after normal business hours and on weekends to meet the needs of students.
At AIT we are proud of our Pre-Qualified Supplier status with State Governments and other funding bodies. This enables us to provide funded courses to enhance employability of students who successfully complete qualifications and competencies.

All of our Trainers and Assessors have extensive experience not only in the training field but also in industry fields such as civil construction, transport and logistics, mining, building and plant operations.
We also have Trainers and Assessors that specialise in providing services to Indigenous communities. While our head office is based in Townsville, our Trainers and Assessors are situated throughout Queensland and the NT and are more than happy to travel throughout Australia to deliver high quality training and assessment services.
All our trainers and assessors have the appropriate licenses & certificates of competency in their various areas of expertise. They also hold the mandated qualifications in Training and Assessing to conduct structured training programs.
We only hire trainers and assessors that have industry experience in the field in which they are delivering courses. This experience ensures that students are not only getting course theory but practical application of what they are learning.
Our Trainers and Assessors will work with customers to determine the most suitable training solutions and the best method of delivery to ensure minimal disruption to business operations whilst still providing the highest level of service.
