A high risk work licence for a non-slewing mobile crane operation (CN) is required for this plant when used as a crane where the capacity exceeds 3 tonne and when fitted with a boom or jib and hook block. Where the plant is fitted with a personnel box attached directly to the main boom and the personnel box can be extended 11 metres or more the operator requires an elevated work platform (WP) certificate.
